Pavel Dolgov

Vice-President of AEI

International entrepreneur, owner of Enframe LLC (event management, production of decorations), Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Exhibition and Foreign Economic Activity of the Interregional Public Organization Moscow Association of Entrepreneurs.

Mr. Dolgov takes an active part in developing the representative office of the Association in Turkey. He is an expert in the exhibition, business event, and business mission management. Pavel Dolgov supports introducing Russian exporters to foreign markets.

He was awarded the medal of the Moscow Association of Entrepreneurs “Labor Glory of Russia”.

Irina Zasedatel

Irina Zasedatel is an expert practitioner in the field of international trade, CEO of a group of companies involved in international activities, founder of Kamerton+ LLC (a member of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry), member of the Expert Advisory Council for the Implementation of Customs Policy at the Federal Customs Service of Russia, reviewer of the Russian Customs Academy, a regular speaker at international forums, business events and conferences, including federal venues (St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Eastern Economic Forum, Innoprom, KazanForum, and others), facilitator of the Russian Export Center’s School of Export for the development of export competencies for management teams of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and the Center for Entrepreneurship, expert of the Moscow Mayor’s Grant Competition, mentor.

For more than 20 years, Irina Zasedatel has been successfully engaged in international trade and popularization of the lawful conduct of foreign economic activity. She has valuable experience in building teams for foreign economic activities. Mrs. Zasedatel is an expert in logistics and customs support of import and export deliveries.

Artur Leer

President of AEI

Artur Leer is a practicing corporate lawyer, President of the Association of Exporters and Importers, and Managing Partner of Lex Alliance Law Firm (ranked among the top legal firms in Russia by Pravo 300). He is also a member of the Financial Legislation Commission of the Association of Lawyers of Russia, a Public Commissioner for the Support of Exporters and Importers, and a speaker at federal and international platforms (including the International Business Week in Ufa and the Ufa Dialogues, Russia–Islamic World: KazanForum, Innoprom, the Eastern Economic Forum, the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, and others).

He is the author of more than 100 articles and expert commentaries on professional topics published in leading and specialized media, and a certified mediator (member of the self-regulatory organization “National Organization of Mediators”).

Thanks to Artur Leer’s proactive efforts in advocating for the interests of the business community, his high level of expertise and engagement, as well as his strong and recognizable personal brand, many entrepreneurs have been able to normalize supply chains, resolve taxation issues, improve the internal climate within their companies, save time, and choose the right path for scaling their businesses.

Andrey Podenok

Graduated the Russian Technological University (MIREA) with a degree in Automation and Telemetry, the Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography (MIIGAiK) with a degree in Finance and Credit, postgraduate studies at the Moscow State Academy of Instrument Engineering and Informatics with a degree in Economic Sociology, the International University (USA, California) with a degree in Business Administration, and the University of Saskatchewan (Canada) with a degree in Municipal and State Securities. Is a full member of the International Academy of Informatization, the Russian Academy of Business and Entrepreneurship, Professor of the Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography (MIIGAiK). Is a Candidate of Sciences.

During his studies at MIREA, had a number of tours as a troop, commissioner, and commander of student construction brigades working in various sectors of the national economy. 1986: created and headed the country’s first self-supporting youth center “Spektr”. 1987: work at the Central Headquarters of the Student Brigades of the Komsomol Central Committee. 1988: establishing the youth center “RITM” of the Central School of the Komsomol Central Committee, which grew into a multi industry holding.

Since 1989: the General Director of the Multi Industry Association “RITM”, which was transformed into the Open Joint-Stock Company “Russian Investments, Trade and Management – RITM” in 2002. Since 1989: the Vice-President of the Moscow Association of Entrepreneurs. 1992: the Chairman of the Council of the Moscow Association of Entrepreneurs.
