The goal of the Expert and Analytical Center** is to create a reliable foundation for decision-making by businesses and public authorities in foreign markets through in-depth research, strategic business analytics, and digital data processing.

Key objectives of the Expert and Analytical Center:
Conduct in-depth research of economic environments, political risks, and cultural specifics of target countries to identify optimal conditions for doing business;
Carry out strategic business analytics, including competitor monitoring, analysis of their strategies, pricing policies, and market shares, as well as assessment of financial stability and reputational risks;
Forecast the actions of key market players and potential risks of cooperation, helping clients build long-term strategies;
Develop and support the Center’s analytical products, including expert transaction support, digital analytics, and data-driven solutions;
Provide industry expertise and analytics to facilitate constructive dialogue between businesses, regulators, and public authorities.

His professional trajectory spans the full range of management positions — from procurement leadership at leading advertising agencies to the role of Procurement Director, followed by a six-year tenure in strategic oversight of global marketing at a major international food holding company.
Specialises in strategic consulting, production localisation, supply chain management, and bringing technology and product companies to international markets — with a primary focus on the MENA region (Middle East and North Africa) and Southeast Asia.
Drawing on deep expertise in foreign trade operations, an established network of international partners, and hands-on experience managing large-scale projects, he effectively guides companies through every stage of market entry — from strategy to execution.
Currently serves as Advisor to the President of the Association of Exporters and Importers (AEI) on international market development and strategic partnerships, promoting cross-border cooperation and advancing the interests of Russian businesses on the global stage.
