Türkiye Relations Committee
Objectives of the Committee
To strengthen foreign economic relations and increase trade turnover between Russia and Turkey.
Committee’s Tasks and Services for AEI Members:

Providing informational support to entrepreneurs regarding the Turkish market;

Assisting in conducting successful business deals;

Shaping the foreign economic agenda between the Russian Federation and Turkey;

Consulting with government authorities on matters related to the Turkish economy.
Committee Activities
In 2024, with the participation of the Committee and the personal involvement of Adil Akavov, two business forums were organized and held, along with 40 presentations across Russia on foreign economic activity between Russia and Turkey, as well as along the North-South corridor. Numerous roundtables were held with Turkish entrepreneurs on doing business with the Russian Federation, and cooperation between Turkish and Russian banks was strengthened.

April 2024
- Russian-Turkish Business Forum 2024, organized by the Association of Exporters and Importers and Synergy Business School. Adil Akavov participated as a speaker in the panel session: “International Currency and Credit Relations in 2024 between Russia and Turkey.”
- Practical Session: “Foreign Economic Activity in the Modern Context – Best Practices, Real Routes, and High-Margin Directions,” organized by Expert Group. Adil Akavov spoke on: “Turkey as a Transit Hub for Business with Europe and the Middle East.”
