Legal Committee

The key purpose of the Committee is to provide legal support and cooperation with public authorities for the implementation of the goals and objectives of the Association in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as to assist members of the Association in protecting their legitimate rights and interests (corporate law, intellectual property, dispute resolution, international law, and customs law).
The Committee is also engaged in the development and issuing of legal documents, including analysis and legal expertise; the Committee supervises business correspondence with authorities, and formulates legal positions.
