New Currency Control Regulations and the Launch of the SPOT System — What Businesses Need to Know Right Now

AEI brings together the best professionals and experts. We invite you to attend an event hosted by our residents.

On May 28, the Compass FEA Training Center will hold a webinar:
“The National System for Confirmation of Expected Goods Delivery (SPOT). New Currency Control Regulations in 2026. Practical Application of Current Changes.”

May 28 | 14:00–18:30 | Online

Starting June 1, the SPOT system will be launched in full-scale operation. From that date, importing goods by road transport from EAEU countries will require the issuance of a Pre-Shipment Delivery Document (DOPP) and obtaining a QR code — without these documents, importation will not be permitted.

During the webinar, participants will discuss:
• the opportunities and risks associated with the SPOT system;
• the procedure for connecting to the system and preparing DOPP documentation;
• calculation of the security deposit;
• transportation specifics after the launch of the system;
• amendments to currency control legislation and their practical application in 2026.

Vladislav Donchenko, Head of the AEI Legal Committee, will participate in the event.

Special participation terms are available for AEI residents — a 30% discount with the promo code: “AEI”.
